The predecessor of
Shanghai Posts&Telecommunications Designing Consulting Institute Co.,Ltd. (SPTDCIC) is Shanghai Posts & Telecommunications
Design Institute, which was established in 1964.It is the only
grade-A design institute among the Shanghai communication industry
that is professionally engaged in the project design and technology
development of all the businesses belonging to the IT field.
SPTDCIC is a grade-A design institute possessing the certifications
of providing design, consultation and contracting for communication
project and construction work. Meanwhile, it also owns the grade-A
certifications of engaging communication project survey, architecture
intelligence system project design, and communication information
network system integration as well as the Foreign Economic Cooperation
Qualification Certificate and Shanghai High-tech Enterprise
Certificate. What's more, it passed the authentication of ISO9001
Quality Management System as early as in 1998.
