Exploration, planning and design of post and
communication engineering and corresponding construction project,
communication iron tower, post machinery, engage the procurement
contracting of the project construction; develop the economic
and technological cooperative business with the foreign party
in accordance with the contents approved by the former State
Foreign Trade and Economy Cooperation Ministry ( see the details
in the approved document); Communication engineering construction,
management and consultation; economic information consultation
(except for being broker); staff training inside the communication
system (shall manage the business concerned with the administration
approval by holding the corresponding licenses)
SPTDIC can carry on planning, feasibility study, evaluation,
survey , design , consultation of all kinds of communication
and construction projects, the task of procurement project contract
as well as undertake tasks of researching and editing the systems,
standards, quotas and norms, etc. that are released by the state,
shanghai municipality and some relevant ministries, commissions
and bureaus.
During the past decades, SPTDIC has provided a great amount
