The Network Consultation & Planning specialized profession
of SPTDIC mainly engages the nation, province, city and important
region and manager level vital planning, consultation, subject
research of the special program, after-project evaluation, etc.,
whose business scope covers the consultation business of the
relevant fields such as information infrastructure planning
of the city/district information commissions, transportation
administration bureau, managers, regional information-based
planning, network planning, communication industry technology,
business, management, etc.
Profession concept: It is dedicated to the prophase research
and planning of the regional-level and manager-level construction
of the elaborate communication network. In this process, it
aims to foster and accumulate the basic resources of the consultation
profession and to lead the establishment of consultation concept
and service model in the information service field during the
exploration.
This profession have completed the following major and typical
projects during the recent years: Thailand AIS GSM core network
optimization, Indonesia Excelcom WCDM core network optimization
& Planning project, national "high-performance broadband
information demonstration network" Lingang demonstration
zone network planning, Shanghai World Expo Park Communication
infrastructure planning, Shanghai International Shipping Center
and the communication infrastructure planning of Haigang New
Town, the construction of communication infrastructure planning
in the 3 cities and 18 towns according to the Shanghai Tenth
