Postal Service
The Postal Service specialized profession of SPTDIC mainly undertakes
the tasks of consulting, planning, design, research , technical
development of various postal service communication projects,
whose profession scope not only covers the postal communication,
but also is involved in the projects of the non-communication
industries, such as system integration, modern logistics, product
development and manufacturing.
In the aspect of project design, this profession undertakes
many design tasks of the major projects sent down by the ministry(
head bureau) and the key projects of a variety of provincial
bureaus , many among which have achieved the ministry- or bureau-level
excellent design awards. For the product R&D, this profession
has independently developed more than 20 types f automated and
mechanized equipment that have been already applied to the communication
hubs around the whole country, one of which has ever achieved
the Science and Technology Progress First Prize issued by Shanghai
Posts and Telecommunications Administration Bureaus. For the
subject research, under the entrust of the ministry (head bureau),
this profession has already undertaken the tasks of compiling
the industry technology standard (norm) and has also attended
in the work of reviewing it. In the aspects of the implementation
of project construction, there are also quite a lot of successful
cases. This profession has perfectly accomplished the project
procurement contracting of the construction of the region-level
(city-level)communication hubs and has been engaged in the entire
construction process from compiling the feasibility study report,
project design, equipment development and manufacturing to the
site construction management and technical support, etc. In
this way, this profession provides the customers with all-round
and top-quality technical services.
